- You cancel or cut short your trip because you, your travel companion or a close family member are sick or injured, including certain COVID-19 related issues;
- You need urgent or unplanned medical treatment for an illness or injury or require emergency medical assistance;
- You or your travel companion are diagnosed with COVID-19 before you travel;
- Your baggage or electronics are accidentally damaged, lost or stolen.
